The digital world’s leading strategists will be sharing their insights at the fifth edition of the ‘Internet of Things 2018’ be held on the 13th of March, 2018 at the Armani Hotel Dubai.

The cross-industry conference is aimed for the business leaders to discuss bottom-line impacts, business models and how to monetize data while getting insights on new technologies and opportunities that are brought by IoT.

According to Johan Ehrstrom, CEO of IoT Middle East 2018, the forum will have over 35 speakers, 400 professional peers and inspiring start-ups with an action packed day filled with hands-on case studies, objective insights, real-world scenarios and excellent networking.

Deon Newman, SVP, CMO at IBM Watson (US) will talk on ‘Changing the way we live and work” while Anil Khurana, Partner, Strategy & Innovation US & ME, Head of Digital Practice at PWC looks at the implications on how businesses, consumers, and industry models have evolved and changed when defining the new DNA for an organisation in the digital age.

Steve Dunbar IoT Commercial Director, MEA at Microsoft will focus on Monetising IoT and Eng. Abdallah AlObeikan, CEO of Obeikan Investment Group will talk about Obeikan KSA as a case in point and the business outcome.

The forum will also have Andrey Nikishin, Special Projects Director of Future Technologies at Kaspersky Lab talking about the Internet of vulnerable things and how to make IoT secure from threats and possible attacks. Bhanu Shekhar, CDO MEA at GE Power will touch on digitising the future of generation.
